Our family cat, Missy, is ill.
Mom and I noticed that even though Missy is hungry she can't eat, and lately she hurled up clear liquid with hints of...blood.
We took her to the vet, and later on they diagnosed her status, for there is some growth inside her mouth and stomach making her unable to eat and drink.
Missy might not make it through the illness. She might have a few weeks, but prolonging the inevitable might be less.
Thus, there is two choices.
Let her suffer and croak, or put her down for good.
Everyone, please pray that the old cat will be in a better place.
And
I'm sorry that you had to hear this. We all are.

Change of plans
Wild Dancer's Journal June 10, 2023 Apparently, it was too good to be true thinking that the last heavy rain put out the fires in the province. The town that my sister and her fiance were staying at got an evacuation order, so she decided not to go to the funeral Mom and Dad are going to and brought her cats with her on our way to the city I'm living at. Until we get an okay that the town is safe to come back to, my sister and her fiance will be staying in the city I'm at. So yeah, planning a trip while the fires are still going isn't much of a good idea. You're best bet is to wait them out while preparing to evacuate should you get an order to do so. Wild Dancer out.
Will be away for a while
Wild Dancer's Journal June 7, 2023 Tomorrow, I'm gonna be staying at my sister's fiancé's home for 8 days, while she, Mom and Dad go to Toronto to attend a funeral for my Dad's mom. I could come, but I don't really understand the language my relatives speak, nor do I know my Dad's mom too well, so I'll be keeping my future brother in law company. It is fitting, for he's been through a lot lately. Not only did his sister pass away, but his cat as well. So, I'll be away from dA for 8 days. I'll let you know how well it went. Wild Dancer out.

Wild Dancer's Journal January 1, 2023 Last year was something, wasn't it? Usually people use the first day of the new year to announce their resolutions, though sometimes they fall flat on that resolve for one reason or another. Of course, if they use the word goal and make sure it is a realistic one and accomplish it, they'll be happier for it. So, what are my goals? I'm gonna put all my focus on my current projects and future ones without slacking off. I will exercise more often, at least with a walkabout every day. And, I'll attempt to find a job that pays well which will aid me in getting my own place. The last part might be difficult for a Millennial such as myself and could take a long time, but it'll be worth the effort. Here's hoping this year will be better than the last one and that stinkin' virus floating in the air kicks the bucket as soon as it can. Wild Dancer out.
I got Covid
Wild Dancer's Journal August 13, 2022 Yes, you read the title right. That virus affected me. Not only am I coughing with an irritated throat, but my body suddenly gave off this heat, making it difficult to sleep last night, seems I got a fever. Mom and I tested myself with a new Covid test device, and it showed positive. The three vaccines I got are preventing me from suffering the virus, but I must stay home for five days or until the symptoms disappear. So, my current projects are put on hold until the virus is no longer inside me. If you are sick, take care of yourself. Your life will last a bit longer that way. Here's hoping we all get through this and the virus kicks the bucket for good. Wild Dancer out.
